Short answer: Maybe
Long anser: It was not possible to repartition an ext2 partition (which
is the type of partition that is under Linux) until recently. A new
software that is currenly available in beta form (search Freshmeat.net
for the name) supposedly allows this. But be warned that it is not
supposed to be 100% safe.
