The current Netscape RPMs from rpmfind are in ver 4.76

However, the recent versions of Netscape RPMs in rawhide and also the
Mandrakecooker, all need RPM4 for installing, and maybe even a new
glibc. Both of these are well, problematic to say the very least,
though upgrading RPM is the easier of the two.
So, the best option for you, to install the latest Netscape is to get
the tarball from Netscape mirrors.
