Hi man,

Cool, this "file" (it's actually a directory) is actually used as the root
directory for anonymous FTP users. If other people anonymously FTP to your
machine, just recreate the directory, else just forget about it... U don't
have to do any fiddling around with users etc. This username is
"anonymous" and passwd is "<u'r mail ID>" which is diff for diff people.
