I've corresponded by private mail with the person who posted the
commercial post and he has recogonized his mistake.

LI-jobs might be created at some point in the future. We've discussed
this in the past and there is no critical mass yet.

How would I know whether a posting is commercial without checking all
posts to the lists? My polic has been to automatically bounce all
offender's emails to listadmin for approval. This has worked very well
in the past.
