I agree with you on this aspect, however as far as NIIT is concerned, they
do not fall into this category. I am presently doing RH 133 and RH 233
tracks from NIIT CATS ITO Branch New Delhi.
For starters, the courseware provided is  official RedHat. The lab
facilities provided are excellent. The faculty is an RHCE. However, the only
thing felt wanting is the time factor.
For the amount charged, 32 hrs per track is felt extremely inadequate.
