Hi,
I have a Linux bix with Redhat 6.2(PCquest), Intel mother board with
P-III, 550MHz, 156MS RAM and 2*8.4GB HDD. I made a custom installation
and installed evrything and now I am using this as a server. Presently
only one the 2 HDD are being used. Thia hda has 6partitions and out of
this 5partitions are exported as NFS to other machines on the network.
The system works fine. This is what I want to do now and I looking for
some suggestions for getting this job done with out any problem.
I like to enable the second HDD and move all the partions that are
exported as NFS to this HDD. With this a part of the space I freeup from
hda I wabt to add to the root partition. I think I have given growable
partion and hence it should not be a problem. How do I partition the hdb
and move some of the contents from hda partion to hdb. Any suggestions
or pointers will be of immense help.
