 Has anyone gone and put 'reboot' in crontab?  :)
 
 Or is there some security guy who goes around turning on / off lights, and
 accidentally trips the power at that time?  (we had one such case - but that
 outage kept happening at 2 am in the morning ... so this was the weird answer
 to our problem)
