Konqueror does have some issues but good thing about it is it either works or
doesn't. So you can determine whether to fire netscape or not.....
It's listed to be HTML 4 compliant in 98 test cases out of 133 by W3C. Don't ask
me where did I got the info. I forgot... but thr. linuxtoday only....
Also javascript sometimes cribs... I have logged in some 4-5 defects against it
and KDE guys are pretty responsive... Solved two of them....
