[LIH] sendmail filter/Mail Filter

Hi!

Please tell me what all mail filter softwares are available for linux
box.
specifically if I'm using sendmail as an MTA. Right now I'm using
Sendmail-Milter But it is not filtering the mails for locally delivered
mails.

Please help!!!!!!!
