Tried to configure sendmail accordinly..

When I give the command after getting connected:
usr/sbin/sendmail -q

/etc/sendmail.cf: line 101: mailer smtp: '=' expected
/etc/sendmail.cf: line 102: mailer esmtp: '=' expected
/etc/sendmail.cf: line 103: Msmtp8: A= argument required
/etc/sendmail.cf: line 104: mailer relay: '=' expected

I think, I am getting something wrong somewhere, while I am using wvdial. I
am getting connected and then I have to give Ctrl-Z stopping wvdial and then
proceeding.

Tried to configure pine .. the smtp server works and I can send mails using
it. The only problem, I need to have an account with the username, I have
with my ISP but I cannot access wvdial from any accounts other than root.
Else the mails go on with sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] .

I also tried connected using root and re-login to some other account using
Ctrl-Alt-F3 but that doesn't seem to work.

I created a file .fetchmailrc and added the POP3 details with user and pass
at /home/jay but that doesn't work prolly for the same reason.

Thanks.
