Hi,
I used sax2 to configure XFree 4 after I upgraded from SuSE 6.3 to SuSE 7. However
sax2 after detecting video card etc. displayed a message OUT OF SYNC and this message
was moving around the screen like a screen saver. I than changed the console and
checked /var/log/sax.log. It contained all the autodetection info as well as the
contents of XF86Config file. I just copied the contents to a new file and copied that
file manually to /etc/X11/XF86Config after changing the hor. and ver. refresh rates as
per my monitor manual. The mouse driver I have used is 'MouseManPlusPS/2', but using
this driver I can not copy paste by pressing both mouse buttons.
Can anybody tell me how to enable emulate3buttons in XFree 4 ?
Has anybody got some tips to increase the performance of X ( XFree 4 ) on i810 ?
Some parameters in /etc/X11/XF86Config !!!!!
