Is it 810 or similar motherboard with on - board graphics ?
Than 1 MB is shared and hence windoz shows it as 63MB. I too have a 810 machine with 
64MB RAM.

I don't think this is required for 64MB RAM.
Following is the output on my system :

As you can see, RAM is shows as 64 MB.
