Hi All,
I tried to install Oracle 8i but when i run the runInstaller, i get the
following error message:
Initializing Java Virtual Machine from /usr/local/jre/bin/jre. Please wait...
Error in CreateOUIProcess(): -1
: Bad address
I even downloaded JRE ver 1.3 (13 MB!!!).
Is there supposed to be a file name jre? Bcos i couldn't find any such file.
