Hey ... these MTAs normally run on port 25, but will listen on whatever port
you decide to bind it to

use ipchains to restrict access only to specific IPs, assuming that you _need_
to run sendmail on some weird port ... however, if you put the IP range you
want to relay for  in /etc/mail/relay-domains (for sendmail), or use the
relay_domains flag in exim that should do the trick.
