It appears that Govt. is legalizing hacking (after corruption, betting..),
and giving licenses to hack (age limit 0-19 years).
And I thought only politicians are ruining our country.... Laloo is much
better than Devang, at least he refuses to recognize IT admitting his
ignorance.
