I just bought a Palm handheld and it came with a cable for hotsync. this
cable has a nine pin female connector, similar to the one used by my serial
mouse. I don't have a 9 pin to 25 pin converter (I'd have to ask someone
coming in from the US for it). I dont have an IR port on my pc.
What I need to do is use a ps2 mouse and use my Palm with the serial port. I
will go in for a new ps2 mouse. I just need to know peoples' views regarding
ps2 mice. can I go in for the high funda type with one or two rollers or
should I stick to one with just three buttons ? needless to say it must work
under X.
