[LIH] LILO problem

Hi,
I partioned my harddisk of capacity 20GB using fdisk.Now
I am not able to configure LILO as it says that the number of cylinders is
above 1024 ,
so it could be a problem.So now I am booting only from the
floppy.How can I solve this problem?Even if I write on to the MBR since I
have
a dual boot it is always booting from Windows without the floppy disk.Any
help?
