Hi,

If I use disk druid to install Red Hat 6.2 on our server, the partitions
get shifted. Even if I create /boot partition first it shifts and exceeds
1024 limit. Due to this during manual installation I was using fdisk. With
fdisk no problems.

Now I am trying Kickstart installation of Red Hat 6.2, but kickstart is
using Disk Druid for partitioning and hence during lilo installation it
gives 1024 cylinder error and I cannot boot the machine. Installation works
perfectly. Great feature of Red Hat. I have gone through docs, howto but
could not find any option to tell kickstart installation to use fdisk
instead of Disk Druid.

Is there any way I can put in ks.cfg, fdisk as the partitioning program to
be used and not Disk Druid ?

Thanks in advance.
