[LIH] Printing man pages

Dear LIH USERS,
I want to take the print outs of man pages of some commands e.g. mgetty,
ipchains. I have installed a printer and print any file by 

<lpr filename>
How can I have the prints of man pages which are displayed by 
<man command_name>
