hi sreekanth

First of all u have to make the server acting as a gateway by giving one of the nic
(say eht0 which is directly connected to ur isp via dialup/isdn/leased)the ip provided
by the isp & the other nic (say eth1 which is connected to ur 100mbps switch/hub)a
local ip (used only in lan)

on ur client side give all of them the gateway as the server's lan ip,

Configure Squid proxy on ur server which is also a caching server thus providing a
very fast access to net for all the client . do configure ur clients browser to access
the net through proxy , if netscape then edit->preferrence-> advance-> proxies->
manual then ip of the proxy server & it port mainly 3128 or 80 (http port)

if IE the tools->internet option-> connection->proxy-> then ip of the proxy server &
port as above.

for more info on squid refer http://www.squid.org also in the linux archive somebody
few days back have provided the steps for configuring squid.

let the server forward ip to the router, also map the ports on the router for which u
wanna give access to the outside world using NAT(network address translation)

hope this will work for u
