what forum?  ... you can complain to that ISP [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - if those bounce cc the whois contacts complaining abt the
security intrusion

if there's no response / they dont take action, then go to your firewall and
block their entire ip range
