first let me explain my problem properly it is not the monitor refresh it is
the screen The monitor i am using on mediagx is working fine on other
systems The Problem is like this i selected modes 800x600 and 1024x724 now if
i startx the screen comes up okay and CTRLALT +- works and i can switch between
2 modes but if i select only one mode in xf6config and startx the machine hangs
???
secondly once in startx it works fine but moving windows in screens rapidly
does not do the screen refresh the screen becaomes very shaby but tolerable
but if i X --query to some other machine the display comes up as normal but
if i open the window and just move the screen does not refresh what u get on
the screen is a messsed up window
