Hi

xfs that ships with RHL6.2(At least I know of) can handle ttfs. In fact
it does it well. So xfstt is not required(Or are they one and the same
thing? I wonder).

XF86 4 was suppose to offer built in ttf support.

KFontinst I suggested is a gui frontend to install the font.
