I haven't checked the prices recently, however duron+mobo+128MB RAM should be
around 12K.(That's a good estimate.. OK:))
Linux should run out of box on it. It should support additional graphics card.
Almost all mobos with on board display, support it IIRC.
Secondly 95 should run on it. I haven't got to test that box...
I recommend you to run all these tests before actually buying it...
