Then create an /etc/amd.master file containing the line:

-a /amd -r /net /etc/amd.net

And /etc/amd.net should contain:

*       rhost:=${key};type:=host;rfs:=/

netstart is some BSD-specific way of starting daemons, I guess.  RH has RC
scripts under /etc/rc.d/init.d/  To start amd after the configuration is
complete you need to do:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/amd start
