Don't worry about the second card. Since sndconfig seems to be detecting
your onboard card, then dump sndconfig and manually setup your sound
card. Do you know the parameters of your creative sound card.
I too have a creative sound card and my /etc/conf.modules reads something
like this
alias sound-slot-0 sb
alias sound sb
options sb io=0x240 irq=5 dma=1 dma16=5 mpu_io=0x330
Change the io values according to your setup.
