[LIH] sendmail "sending mail to all"

Hi all !

I want to  send a mail to all the users of my company using sendmail 8.9.3.
what is the command for that .I have a text file which has to be sent to all
and a list of all the emailids of my users in file named userlist.

Please let me know the command to make it happen....
