hai  !!

if u have selected webserver at the time of instalation ( or full
instalation of all the packages ) then 

login as root and then run 
#setup 
now enable httpd
and come out 

goto /etc/httpd/conf/ 

there u will get a no of files related to configuration u can custumize
them according to y'r need or leave it on its default 

run 

#httpd &
  
if u haven't installed the webserver at the time of installaiton then
using RH 6.2 CD u can install the package and do the things said above 

try it ,this will help .
