Take a look at your mail logs. I have a feeling your mailserver is too dumb to
know about mx records - and so mail for bigfoot is being sent to bigfoot.com
whereas it should be sent to mail.bigfoot.com (totally different ip)
Throw your smtpd-32 (imail or ntmail or whatever) into the dustbin and get a
decent mailserver (for example, sendmail for nt - http://www.sendmail.com)
