upgrade ur kernel to 2.2.16 then run Superprobe
also upgrade to Xfree86 4.0, it will solve the problem
I had the same problem but now it is running fine on redhat 7

sir,
i have i810 motherboard and Samsung Samtron55V monitor. I am facing
problems in configuring X windows. I tried linux-7.0 also that time i was
able to configure the X but as soon as everything is loaded in X
enviorment the machine just gets hanged..no other way then i have to
rebbot it agian...
now i have linux-6.2 and , am not even able to configure the X...
so Kindly please suggest me something.
