Oh hold on. Do you have
set dsn_notify='failure,delay' # when to return an error message
set dsn_return=hdrs # what to return in the error message
set in your .muttrc? Remove it. Postfix (and Exim, Qmail) dont support DSN, whereas
Sendmail does.
