2 issues here
1. Is DNS running on your machine properly? Otherwise how does postfix
resolve your hostname goatelecom.com to send you the mails locally??
I suppose the mail must be getting queued instead of getting
delivered. What exactly is happening when you send mail?
2. Your local postfix daemon is not properly listning it seems. Check
using this and update us what happens when you do the following
telnet localhost 25
