Well, I have the following in my muttrc:
# Scoring...
set score=yes
score '~f [EMAIL PROTECTED]' =1
score '~f [EMAIL PROTECTED]' =1
score '~f .' =3
set score_threshold_delete=2
And mails from the masked out addresses come up as marked deleted in my
mailbox. Then I keep my own counsel whether to read them or not (depending
on the subject line, usually). Without this setting, I have to go through
these mails perforce while tabbing through new mail. :-)
There are other cute things that you can do with scoring - read the
manual.
