Subject: [LIH] accessing window drive

There are two ways to do it.
1. You want to mount win partition during boot up.
Create a entry in /etc/fstab
/dev/hda1 /mnt/win msdos defaults 0,0 (Did is miss any thing?)
And create a directory /mnt/win.
mount with mount /mnt/win for the first time.
You may try vfat in place of msdos.
The partition will be mounted automatically at boot time.
2. You want to mount win partition occasionally use,
mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/win -t msdos
again ensure /mnt/win exist and try vfat in place of msdos
