if you choose "expert"  you could go into custom installation
configure your HDD using Fdisk (Both Options shown here Druid & Fdisk),
save the required partition structure in fdisk then choose the <BACK>
Option a couple of times until you reach the type/kind of installation
required & choose Gnome/Kde/Server/Custom/etc ... type of installation.
