As mentioned in my earlier post, I did try that.

I am including what I feel should be sufficient. If need be, I can
post the whole file.

I am going through this problem trying to changeover to mutt from
pine. In pine, I could set the smtp server and send the mails. Sending
queued mails that way is a pain. But, in this route, messages are just
lying there.

Just now tried sending a mail. Surprise, it went through. Why this
unpredictable behaviour? The mail is quoted below. Would it give any
pointers?
