 I dont think it is possibe. AFAIK  apt-cache search   pattern   do a search at 
 /var/state/apt/lists/ 
 /var/state/apt/lists/partial/   for package info 
( When you do an apt-get   update  package info at these place is
modified) . Informaton regarding contents of .deb package is not kept
here ( It is kept in the package itself)
