[LIH] procmailrc problem.

Hi,

I am trying to set some filter rules for the mails.
However, the /etc/procmailrc does not seem to work. If I put the same
script from /etc/procmailrc to ~LOGNAME/.procmailrc, it works fine.
Any idea why this might be happening?
