Hi everybody,
Well I wanted views about the RH 7.0 .I had some queries about it, like;
Will the X work with the 810-type motherboard?
How much Disk space the complete installation require?
I was having problems installing X on RH6.2 I was told to upgrade my kernel to 2.2.16
But for upgrading the kernel I got the output
Bash: rpm: command not found.
I got a suggestion that I boot with the Linux 6.2 cd and then enter alt-F2 to go to
the bash prompt. But hoe do I install the rpms to my hard disk or the new kernel as
the kernel is in a different disk and the cd is not getting unmounted.
I hope it is best to ask the users instead of someone else about RH 7.0.
So do suggest the remedy of the kernel upgradation and the RH7.0.
