I did things as said for slrnpull. I have two ISPs. ETH and vsnl. I was
trying With vsnl news server. ETH connection could not initialise
server of vsnl. I got the following msg.

02/21/2001 19:54:29 ***Reason: 502 You have no permission to talk.
Goodbye.
02/21/2001 19:54:29 ***Unable to initialize server.
02/21/2001 19:54:29 A total of 0 bytes received, 0 bytes sent in 5
seconds.
[root@lvghomepc] /home/lvgandhi#
With vsnl connection I got the following error.

I have tried with username as lvgandhi, lvgandhi@md3 and full email
address and password as for connection. still I got the above error. Can
somebody throw some light.
