Iam a Programmer presently developing a web site and i want to include the feature of
Instant Messenger in my site too, well is there any utilities are there to develop the
messenger or if it will be better to go in for some software like Visual Basic or Java
what will be the best software to develop the Messenger please guide me and what are
the steps to be taken in designing and developing the Messenger.
please do suggest me its very urgent and very important for me do consider my request.
