Browse www.cheapbytes.com for a redistributor near you. As the name says,
they give you really cheap CDs. You can purchase from them directly as
well... The cheapbytes RHL 7.0 CD is US $ 3.49 - that cheap!
I'm not sure of the cheque/DD part, though.
