Hi:
EPI Info may have been designed for epidemiological studies but it can
easily be used for any statistical purposes. It has very fast statistical
functions. Although it seems to have been written in Pascal, one need not
know the language. It comes with a comprehensive manual and requires very
low resources. You could also do some GIS stuff with the EPIMAP package
Try it. You'll like it.
