you can just take out the headers and the body out and save it in another
file. But this really should be done with your mua. Assuming you use pine
you can enable aggregate commands
[X] enable-aggregate-command-set
then you can select the mails with ":". After that press "A" to get a list
of commnads to apply over the set. Ideally you would use "S" to dave to
another folder.

set the inbox path as
inbox={your_pop_server/POP3}INBOX or better if you know the IP number
inbox={[no.no.no.no]/POP}INBOX. These would assume the same login name as
the account on your pc. So you can force a different name with "\user=pop_login"
