[LIH] Delete SuSE from Win2K

I have two 20GB HDDs and on 1st I have win2K installed and on the other I
have SuSE 6.4. Now I want to delete SuSE and LILO.

 With win9x it was easy just FDISK /fbr and then repartition and format the
HDD. But how to do this with win2k as running  FDISK /mbr from the command
prompt does not work
