V.Suresh rearranged electrons thusly:

> How do I delete queued up mails tht sendmail -bp shows?

To force them out try a /usr/sbin/sendmail -q first.

or

Wait for them to timeout and bounce in five days

or

Go to /var/spool/mqueue and delete the files which have that queue id (two of
them - starting with df and qf)

Finally, use a smarthost (say eth.net's server) - dont waste your time
attempting delivery yourself. Also turn off dns lookups for this so that mail
leaves your computer faster. See http://www.hserus.net/dlhowto.html
