Word of caution - some of the lines in the .mc file on my site are linux
specific. If you have the sendmail sources, go to
/usr/src/sendmail-[version]/cf/cf/ and take a look at the
generic-[os-type].m4 files. Include the lines there into a file config.mc
and regen config.cf using sh Build config.cf... Copy config.cf as
/etc/mail/sendmail.cf and restart sendmail with
# kill -HUP `head -n1 /var/run/sendmail.pid`
