There are many options :)
1. One your install CD might have a rescue option..use it to mount
your partitions.
2. Download loadlin.exe(it is also in the dosutils directory on most
Linux CDs) from someplace and boot into linux...
3. Download tomsrtbt from http://toms.net/rtbt and make yourself a
boot floppy.
4. Get a live FS CD..SuSE and Slackware have nice ones.
So, for your situation, maybe loadlin is the easiest way...
