may be but i reccomend NOT TO. also freebsd uses slices inside a disk
partition, like unix.

Two extended partitions cannot exist.

your all 20 GB is allocated, you can juggle your data and create
one of these empty and use that as freebsd space, where in
freebsd will create slices inside, like unix, for all its space,
which will not bee seen by linux or windows, as more than
another single partition.
for a better suggestion, output of fdisk -l /dev/hda
would be appreciated
