escape-f at the compose menu (the menu in which you press 'y' to send
the mail) allows you to edit the From: address. This is a default key
binding, to the edit-from function.
Actually, if you want a keystroke to toggle the from line between
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED], you might have to write your own macro. The above
is to edit the From: address.
